We had a lovely birthday weekend getaway. The staff is friendly and warm. The massages and game drive were amazing. The Friday night playlist was lit.

Wi-Fi was virtually non-existent Reception never gives an invoice as they promise At R1500 per night, they can't even provide a bottle of water in the rooms

While placed in an ideal location (2 min from Kruger Gate) there are other improvements needed. The staff weren’t friendly nor welcoming, the rooms weren’t entirely clean, play area and swimming pool in poor conditions. One positive thing is that the food from the restaurant is really good (a la carte). The breakfast buffet included in the room price is very limited in options.

Absolute no go and the worst accommodation we have ever had in South Africa. The condition of the huts is like in the state camps 10 years ago - it all works somehow, but is in unkempt and unfortunately also dingy condition (especially cups, bathroom and the floor). We left the dinner, for which we had to wait more than an hour, after a few bites - the kudu "filet" was almost completely raw instead of medium and we didn't want to get sick as a souvenir of this lodge. Huge trucks drive every second through the Copper Road, where the lodge is located, in addition the basses from the bar hammer; when we arrived around 15:30, the first guests camped drunk in the garden with more bags full of beer cans and the other audience is unfortunately also accordingly. The huge trucks drove until very late in the evening and from 5 am - 5-8 per minute, we could count - was a sleepless and hungry night. We had already suspected that the name of the road " Copper Road" could refer to a copper mine (which was confirmed to us later. The staff is unengaged and unfriendly.

Great lodge right on the doorstep of the Kruger National Park. The service was friendly, the food excellent and the activities amazing. My sisters and I went for a bonding trip and it was the perfect location for this. From spa activities to game drives, it was excellent!

We were advised by a friend to eat at the restaurant. I had snails which were cold, I thought they came out of a very hot oven when prepared. With it I had a Greek salad. The salad was old and the sides mushy, olives were old and I didn’t eat more than a few mouth fulls, as I was afraid to get sick. So we will not return to this restaurant.

The place was nice, quiet and good service. The problem is allowing non visitors to come at the club and security not tight. Anyone was coming in and out of the lodge. We felt unsafe. At night it turned into a club house

We enjoyed our stay at Sefapane. The service was amazing and the greenery within the lodge was so much refreshing. Your showers always have hot water. We are definatley coming back with kids for a holiday.
